Plain box with no logos or branding visible. Return address shows 'Ace Sex Toy, LLC' only — completely discreet on arrival.
How quickly does it arrive?
Standard US shipping is 2–4 business days with free delivery on all orders. Expedited 1–2 day shipping available at checkout. International orders arrive in 5–10 business days; duties included.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to Canada, the UK, Australia, and EU countries. Duties are prepaid so you won't face surprise charges upon delivery.
Returns & warranty
What's your return policy?
Full 30-day refund, free return shipping on all orders. We accept returns of used products without condition restrictions. All returned units are responsibly recycled.
How long is coverage?
Two-year warranty on all products. Covers defects in manufacturing, motor failure, battery issues, and material degradation. Free repair or replacement with prepaid shipping.
What if it arrives broken?
Contact [email protected] with photos and your order number. We typically ship a replacement the same day with a prepaid return label.

Is it waterproof?
Yes — IPX7 rated for complete submersion up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. Safe for showers, baths, and poolside use.
How loud is it?
33–48 dB depending on settings — quieter than a whisper. All noise levels independently tested by certified audiology labs.
Product use & care
How long does battery last?
Up to 120 minutes per charge depending on mode intensity. Full charge takes 90 minutes via the USB-C magnetic base included.
How do I clean it?
